Studio Seilern Architects - World of Architecture Festival 2022 Main Stage, El Gouna Conference and Cultural Centre

When we were asked to create a cultural centre in Egypt, SSA built colonnades and surrounded them with an artificial lagoon to provide sunshades and protection from strong winds. The first phase of the project was completed in just 9 months from design to execution, resulting in a public square that can be used year-round. The second and third phases of the project will add a concert hall and a conference centre.
