This video shows you what it was like to see this airplane that was parked on the tarmac near the long term economy parking lot at phl philadelphia airport in April 2023. It was a beautiful ariplane to be able to see so closely! It was still several hundred feet away, but close enough to see the details of the plane. Awesome!

There is a great article about this airplane online, I searched for Frontier Edward the bald eagle and it appeared on google search.

ABOUT THE BALD EAGLE
As rulers of the sky, the bald eagle fearlessly rises well above its prey! Having a keen eye for detail, it pays close attention to what lies below. These large birds move throughout the land primarily by soaring—a style of flying where they hold their wings outward and rarely flap—saving considerable energy. They can fly seemingly forever, locking their wings in certain positions as they navigate through strong and stormy winds. This special trait is often viewed as a symbol of strength and courage.
MEANING BEHIND THE NAME
Edward the Bald Eagle is our third A321neo, third GTF-powered aircraft, and third of three special Pratt & Whitney liveries. The plane is named after Edward “Eddie” Hall, who was a Tuskegee Airman, and one of the first African-American military aviators in the United States Armed Forces during WWII and a metallurgist at Pratt & Whitney for more than 30 years. The aircraft marks the third of 144 A320neo family aircraft – 134 purchased and 10 leased – for which Frontier has selected Pratt & Whitney GTF™ engines.
