BANANA BEER RECIPE
- Roast green bananas in a pit of leaves
- Peel, add to wooden trough
- Knead with grasses until juices are released
- Filter into clay pots
- Add sorghum flour
- Cover with banana leaves
- Ferment for 2 days
- Drink & be merry!
