Beef 1kg
Kashmiri chilly powder 2 table spoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder 1 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala 1 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1teaspoon
Muringa tholi
Ginger
Garlic
Vinegar
Make these ingredients into a fine paste and mix the beef thoroughly along with coconut oil and salt.
Chop 4 medium sized onion one green chilli and curry leaves saute in coconut oil until golden brown colour. Add 2 table spoon kashmiri chilly powder and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder to this sauted onion. Saute well and add marinated beef into it and pressure cooker until beef cooked tender. Open the lid and stir it to thick gravy and serve hot.
