A huge wildfire erupted right above Solin and Rupotine near Split, Croatia. Three CL-415 Water Bombers were called into action which contributed to the low amount of fire damage to houses that were in danger. Due to the peculiar terrain the skill of the pilots was shown in the release of the water drops. After hours of firefighting and a refueling the fire is still not in control but the front with the houses is secured for the night.
