Recipe:
70 gr raw cashew, soaked overnight [ Ссылка ]
100 gr coconut butter [ Ссылка ]
120 ml coconut oil extra virgin [ Ссылка ]
180 ml maple syrup [ Ссылка ]
1 tsp vanilla extract [ Ссылка ]
1/2 tsp salt [ Ссылка ]
132 gr raw cacao butter [ Ссылка ]
100 gr fresh meat of young Thai coconuts* - Whole Foods store in the USA
For rolling truffles:
Unsweetened medium shredded coconut [ Ссылка ]
Cacao powder (it's so gooood!) [ Ссылка ]
Freeze-dried raspberries (if you don't try it, you're not in my team, lol) [ Ссылка ]
*you can substitute fresh meat with 100 gr of raw cashews or blanched almonds. Nuts should be soaked 6-8 hours.
