During their trip to Virginia's Shenandoah Valley, Lauren and Laurita take a scenic drive along Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park. With breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Allegheny Mountains, the fall foliage adds a spectacular touch to the journey. They stop at Skyland, a charming hotel and restaurant located at the highest point on Skyline Drive, for lunch and a slice of Skyland's famous Mile High Blackberry Pie. Nathan Shaner, General Manager of Skyland, provides information about the hotel and its offerings, including 164 guest rooms, dining options, and access to over 500 miles of hiking trails. Skyland was originally the Stony Man Camp, which was founded in the 1800s by George Freeman Polluck.
