In this vlog is a documentary from the independence square in Accra Ghana. Being the main central point of attraction to top and all tourist and vloggers, I felt the need of making videos to share the hidden secrets and facts behind the construction of the independence building in Accra, Ghana’s capital. I traveled with some group of travelers and while in the nation’s capital after having a good time from the beach, I felt the need of making this vlog to reach a larger audience to have a share of the experience.
The Black Star Square is the historical grounds for the annual Independence Day celebration in Ghana every month of March in Accra. It is located in the center of Accra about 10 minute walk to the Osu Castle. It can be found closed to the military cemetery, Accra sports stadium and the beach behind.
The location is also the spot for all national events where officials from the civil service, security service, schools and so on parade during the celebration of the Independence in Ghana.
At the Black Star Square is the Black Star gate, independence Arc and the nationalism park.
