The Metropolitan Police Commissioner Cressida Dick has vowed that members of the general public ignoring the coronavirus lockdown rules will be slapped with an initial £30 fine and could end up in court if they do not pay.
It follows a video showing police telling sunbathers on Clapham Common that 'this isn't a holiday', to return home and self-isolate.
