Turkish Airlines offer a free Transit Hotel room for layovers of more than 12 hours, and a free city tour for layovers of more than 6 hours. I take advantage of this service during a 12 hour and 10 minute transit en-route from Nursultan (Kazakhstan) to Entebbe (Uganda).
