THIS SUPERIOR 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT SLEEPS 2 PEOPLE + 1 SMALL CHILD (Single inflatable raised bed very comfortable) the apartment has just been refurbished to a very high standard and is located at the true Villamartin Complex and Plaza, and NOT a 10/15 minute walk away like many others advertised.
The apartment overlooks the swimming pool and golf course. The property comprises of 1 very large double bedroom (twin bedded). THE APARTMENT WILL SLEEP 2 PEOPLE + 1 SMALL CHILD ONLY. Large Lounge/dining room, Bathroom, Kitchen,
and Utility room, also it has a large south facing balcony with table and 4 chairs which enjoys the sunshine from Noon until sunset. It is situated on the 2nd floor of a Moorish style apartment block. Just a 2 minute walk are all the Bars, Restaurants and Shops, the beaches at La Zenia and Cabo Roig is just a 5/6 minute drive away. It is not essential to have a Car as there is a Bus Service that goes hourly to and from La Zenia Beach the cost of this is 1 Euro 15 cents.
The apartment is carefully maintained by the owners who realise that it is essential for clean and tidy premisses.
