In November of 2022, Rico Blanco performed Umaaraw Umuulan and other classic hits on the iconic steps of PORT SAN JUAN. This signalled the grand launch of his commercial establishment in San Juan, La Union, Philippines, a dream project that took him nearly 6 years to bring to fruition.

PORT SAN JUAN now operates a food market and will have private accomodations and dorms in 2024.
