INGREDIENTS
3 ripe bananas
2 cups of oats [old fashioned or quick-cook]
1/2 cup of peanut butter
OPTIONAL: 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chip (dairy and sugar free)
Smash the bananas until puree consistency with the peanut butter, add the oats, mix evenly. If using chocolate chips, add now.
Bake in preheat oven, 180C for 15-18 min. When they start to get a slightly golden colour, they are ready.
Let it cool down and storage in a airlock container for 5 days.
