Ingredients:
Pea Shoots - 1 Pound
Garlic - 3 - 12 cloves, based on your preference
Cooking oil - 3 tbs
Salt - 1 tsp
Chicken Bouillon - 1tsp: [ Ссылка ]
Directions:
Heat pan or wok on high with oil inside.
Add garlic and stir fry for 15 - 20 seconds or until garlic becomes fragrant
Add Pea Shoots and stir fry continuously for 1 min then add the seasoning. Keep stir frying until the vegetable changes color to bright green which will take about another minute
Soon as the color changes, turn off heat and serve immediately.
