Rav Dror teaches the introduction in Rabbi Avraham Abulafia's holy book, "The Light of the Mind".

Rabbi Abraham ben Samuel Abulafia was the founder of the school of Prophetic Kabbalah. He was born in Zaragoza, Spain in 1240 and is assumed to have passed away sometime after 1291.

In his numerous works, he focuses on complex devices for uniting with God through the recitation of divine names, together with breathing techniques and cathartic practices. This includes, but is not limited to "Ma'ase Merkava", the Workings of the Divine Chariot as described in Ezekiel's Vision in the first chapter of Ezekiel in the Hebrew Bible. Some of Abulafia’s mystic ways were adapted by the Ashkenazi Hasidim. Taking as his framework the metaphysical and psychological system of the Rambam, Abulafia strove for a spiritual experience, which he viewed as a prophetic state similar to or even identical with that of the ancient Jewish prophets.

Rabbi Abulafia's subterranean influence is evident in the large number of manuscripts of his major meditation manuals that flourished down to the present day until all his works were finally published in Mea Shearim in Jerusalem during the 1990s.

Kabbalists originally developed their own transmission of sacred texts within the realm of Jewish tradition, and often use classical Jewish scriptures to explain and demonstrate its mystical teachings. These teachings are held by followers in Judaism to define the inner meaning of both the Hebrew Bible and traditional rabbinic literature and their formerly concealed transmitted dimension, as well as to explain the significance of Jewish religious observances. One of the fundamental kabbalistic texts is the Zohar.

Rav Dror teaches that at the time of the Final Redemption when the true Messiah will be revealed to the world, all souls with roots in the Tribes of Israel will be rejoined to the Nation of Israel, and will join in building the Eternal Third Temple in Jerusalem.
