(iii) the reporting of current events and current affairs, including the reporting of a lecture delivered in public.

As per this criticism or review, whether of that work or of any other work; will not be considered infringement of copy right. Most of the work in this channel namely ch sambasivarao are works of criticism or review. This fair use is permitted as per the COPYRIGHT ACT, 1957 (ACT NO. 14 OF 1957) Section 52.
