Preparation method:
Take a kadai (pan)
- Add 3 table spoon oil
- Bay leaf, cinnamon stick
- Add finely chopped onion and fry on medium heat for 5-6 mins till translucent
- Add few curry leaves
- Now add 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste and fry till 2 to 3 min on low heat.
- Then add finely chopped tomatoes & 1/4 tsp salt and cover & cook on medium heat
for 3-4 mins till it becomes soft.
- Add 1 tsp curry power, 2 tsp chilly powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder. Mix all well.
Splash some water and cook for 3-4 min
- Once all masala is cooked well then add Chicken legs, and mix it well and saute it well
for 3-4 min.
- Now add 2 cups of water, check salt and add accordingly.
- Mix all well then cover and let it cook for 20 min.
- Add ½ tsp of garam masala… allow it to boil and then garnish with some fresh
chopped coriander
