This recipe is all about experimenting! Short rib is some of the most delicious meat you’ll ever have, and it’s not hard to come by. We’re taking some short rib, seasoning it up generously with our BBQ rub of choice and smoking it until its a nice brown color. From there we place it into a braising liquid bath and set it back on the grill until it becomes fork tender. Don’t discard the braising liquid once it’s done. It can be strained and reduced into a wonderful sauce. From there we make our version of a stove top mac and cheese in one pan, experimenting with our own cheese and seasoning combinations.
