USAID hosted its 2nd Biannual Protecting Children and Youth from Digital Harm (PCYDH) Symposium on Safer Internet Day, February 6, 2024. This panel focuses on USAID strategies related to protecting children and youth from digital harm. Speakers provide an overview of USAID’s Digital Strategy, the Advancing Protection and Care for Children in Adversity (APCCA) Strategy, and the USAID Youth in Development Policy (PYD), and discuss how they interact and work together to not only better protect children and youth from digital harm but provide new opportunities as well.
