On June 6, 2023, Logos president Helio Fred Garcia Garcia delivered a keynote address at the 2023 World Conference of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). The conference brought together 950+ communication professionals from 34 countries.

Garcia's keynote was on the dangers of disinformation, and how professional communicators have a responsibility to confront disinformation and misinformation.

In this video clip, Garcia calls on professional communicators to push back on disinformation and misinformation when they see it. He shares strategies for how professional communicators can avoid becoming misinformation mercenaries and help their clients and employers more likely communicate honestly and in ways that build trust, rather than erode trust.
