I found on a website a ferry leaving Saranda to Corfu at 17:00, there is only one ferry crossing to Corfu in the winter! It leaves in the morning!

I arrived at Tirana Airport at 9.50, made my way via taxi €20 to the South And North Bus Terminal for the 12.30 bus to Saranda, arrived in Saranda at 17.05. Got the 19.30 bus to Igoumenitsa, the ferry to Corfu Town at 22.30.
The ferry took almost 2 hours.

I only just made that ferry, the bus stopped outside the port.

I could have gotten the 4:00 boat to Corfu Town, I would have waited inside the terminal for the Venice ferry to the left of the port entrance of Igoumenitsa!

You can book online for a bus to Tirana from Saranda. It costs €20 and a little over.

You can book a bus to the airport from Saranda to Tirana Airport which changes at Tirana. If you were to travel to Tirana the ticket is normally €15 then you can either get the local buses to the centre of Tirana then a bus to the airport. A taxi will cost you up to €20 from the North South Bus Terminal. So for €28 euros you can get yourself to the airport.

I got the 12:30 Tirana-Saranda bus, we arrived at 17:05 then the 19:30 bus to Igoumenitsa to catch the 22.30 ferry to Corfu Town. I just made the ferry! The bus stopped just outside the entrance to the port!

I could have waited until 4:00 in the morning for the first ferry in the morning at the Terminal Building just to the left of the port.
