During a motions hearing on Tuesday, Judge Paige Whitaker denied bond for rapper Young Thug, who is accused of being the leader of the YSL gang. Judge Whitaker said she won't reconsider bond unless there is a change in the case.

Young Thug faces nearly a dozen charges, including possession of drugs and weapons, participation in criminal street gang activity, and conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act. The rapper was arrested in May of 2022 along with 27 other alleged gang members. Many of those defendants have taken plea deals in the case.
