BBQ Bone In Pork Belly is a wonderful juicy and tasty dish, you get the benefit of ribs, but a thicker layer of fatty meat on top, get it nice and crispy on a grill and you have a winning combination.
Here I dusted the bone in pork belly with countrywoodsmoke rub, and smoked on the primo grill at 160c until the belly was tender like butter. I then brushed with sauce shop bbq sauce, which made for a lovely sticky glaze before finishing on the grill for around 20 mins for the glaze to set.
