What is the difference between collapsing and yielding?
When we collapse, our center is not in relationship to gravity. It has lost its sense of self (internal space) and its relationship with the outer space. When our central space recognizes itself, it can yield to the space around it.
With yielding, our center space is in relationship with the space outside of us. We can perceive that we are not alone or separate – we're just individualized.
With collapsing, our center space doesn't recognize itself or its relationship with the outer space. This often comes with compensatory patterns. Some of the words we call these patterns are isolation, repression, dominance, judgment.
The key is how to stay present in the now. This isn't just philosophical. It's physical and philosophical. We embody this.
