1:45:15 – 1:47:00 Chris Monk 5.8g Martian poikilitic shergottite slice
1:47:15 – 1:50:55 Tucson April 2021 show discussed & live broadcasts planned.
1:50:57 – 2:00:10 Topher Spinnato 4.5g Punggur (prov), Moroccan meteorwrongs -Irons!! -learning from them, 413g oriented NWA w/radial flow lines
2:00:20 – 2:03:15 Mike Kelly finished off with a classic meteorwrong, the manmade Shirokovski. Other counterfeit stuff.
2:03:30 – 2:04:21
Pat Brown showed a 547g possible type LL4 NWA XXX with very low magnetic attraction and large chondrules; An oriented cone shaped NWA XXX, quite weathered; A 45g cut NWA XXX, possible LL3 with dense chondrules, black sparse matrix that might be primitive and finally, a 235g oriented shape also possible LL3.
Maxime: Punggur (prov) the granular texture is full of crystals, no chondrules, and loads of metal. NWA 12547 is a beautiful slice full of primitive L3 chondrules and melt matrix -paradoxical slice.
During Meteorite 101; Bruce Feingold shared a Lodranite NWA 13354. Mike Kelly shared a 5g Brachinite NWA 11756 Aydar Acapulcoite, and the type falls for many of the Achondrites Acapulco, Aubres, Angra Dos Reis, Lodran, Nova Urei and Winona. Martians showed were a 0.054g NWA 2737 (Chassignite) along with the SCN types Shergotty, Chassigny and Nakhla.
