Trying a traditional Finnish sauna is an absolute must on your trip to Finland. Here's how to heat and use one, and cool down the Finnish way!

Note: You would usually be naked in the sauna. Also, if staying at a cottage, you'd usually have to bring the cold water up from the lake. The shower/tap directly in the sauna like in this video is quite unusual.
