Chelsea Franzluebbers, NSSLHA Executive Council 2014-2015 President, reflects on the value of selecting a CAA-accredited graduate program.

When I was in my undergrad, it was really important for me, when I was looking for a graduate program, to find one that really upheld the standards of the CAA. And I really found that at KU. I sought out that program, and it was a great fit for me. I could tell when I went there that they really didn't just value, but they upheld, those expectations to a very high degree; and I found that through their clinical work, their academics, and in their research opportunities. And now [that] I'm starting my CF this year, I can tell that all of those things have been extremely important and very helpful. And through the CAA and my time at KU I found that.
