Was looking for a fun project to spruce up my bedroom while in quarantine - but it had to be not too difficult and I was not looking to spend a lot! I was able to borrow a ladder and spent under $20 on the two items I needed to purchase for this.
This method takes some patience and focus but it is SO easy and basically mistake proof!! Inspiration from Jess Davis on instagram. She’s got several highlights of doing this in different variations in her home: @carcadaroad [ Ссылка ]
Paint: 28oz can of semi gloss black paint from Home Depot for $17 that I mixed with some borrowed gray paint. You don’t need a lot. I had a good amount left over, and if your wall is smaller you may get away with using just a paint sample. You can also find cheaper paint on amazon. I kind of wish I had done that, but I was impatient and didn't want to wait for delivery. #instantpaint
Sponges: I used the largest sponge I could find since my wall is quite big. These are 6in x 3.6in x 0.9in and I got them from target: [ Ссылка ]
