New Delhi, Dec 28 (ANI): The Indian National Congress (INC) celebrated its 135th foundation day on December 28 at the party headquarters in the national capital. Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi hoisted tricolour at party office. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi also reached there to celebrate party's Foundation Day.
