3 oz or 90 ml Dry Sparkling wine

How to make a GIN SANGRIA (Single serve)
1 oz or 30 ml Gin
0.5 oz or 15 ml Dry Curaçao
0.5 oz or 15 ml Simple syrup
0.5 oz or 15 ml Lemon juice
3 oz or 90 ml semi-bold Red wine
Seasonal fruit garnish

One Bottle wine batch
8 oz or 240 ml Gin
4 oz or 120 ml Dry Curaçao
4 oz or 120 ml Simple syrup
4 oz or 120 ml Lemon juice
750 ml Semi-bold Red wine
