In this video, we show you a Batata Harra Recipe which is a popular Lebanese Spicy Garlic Potatoes dish. Batata Harra is often fried, but we have made a healthier version where the potatoes have been baked in the oven. Batata Harra is a popular mezze dish that can be served with either grilled meat or chicken or with other appetizers such a hummus, tabouleh, and muhammara. These Batata Harra potatoes are crispy on the outside, super fluffy on the inside, and coated with the most amazing spicy chili and garlic coating.
