Every year around 115 cyclists die in accidents on our roads across the UK. Of those that involve a car - only about 50% lead to a driver being charged with an offence. The way cycling deaths are treated by police and prosecutors may need to change, the former Director of Public Prosecutions has said. We asked Anna Tatton-Brown, a BBC journalist who works for this programme, to take a look. Her dad died after he was knocked off his bike in Central London last year. The film contains some distressing images.
