I got this Autel OBDII scanner in the mail to try out here on the homestead. This is a very valuable tool for people who are trying to become more self sufficient.

This is a very nice quality vehicle diagnostics tool. The device is coated in heavy shock proof rubber to make it durable.

The surprising, and good thing I found is that this scanner uses the power of the vehicle and does not need batteries to operate. This is awesome because so often batteries will corrode in a device and ruin it.

And you dont need to have batteries on hand for it to run, another bonus.

This scans your computer fault codes and tells you what parts are needed to keep your vehicle running in top shape.

The device also have live monitoring software to see how your vehicle is running on the fly.

Their is a full color display with buttons on the bottom to scroll through the screens.

Another really great feature is the ability to save your results and even print them out on your computer. I love this fact!!!

I will be using this on our homestead and will make a full video review and field test soon so watch for it.

Both of our cars are throwing a code now and need some repairs. This tool will make our lives easier and make car repairs more affordable.
