Jhandi is a well known tourist spot in the Gorubathan Block offering glorious sun rise and sun set views, wide angle view of Mount Kanchenjunga and the Nathula Range as well as the Dooars. It is about 16 km from Gorubathan. Panbu is a small village of kalimpong district . It is of 5500ft altitude surrounded by the Himalayan range.Mount Kanchenjunga is clearly visible from the view point of panbu called Panbudara.From this view point you can clearly see both Coronation bridge and sevoke rail bridge in one frame over river tista.The beautiful sunrise and sunset attract tourist to stay here. Lamadara is a best offbeat place in north bengal, Kalimpong.
