Now you can't go wrong with chicken and veggies, goes so well together don't you think?
But more so when glorious butter is added. Makes everything so delicious, buttery and adds flavour to your dish, I always remember my Mum taking out the yellow packaged Anchor Butter from the fridge and its what I use still to this day.
This buttery chicken and creamy sweet chilli veggies is so popular as a meal in our house, I think because its so moist and easy to eat, the kids especially love it!
This recipe is so easy to make, I am sure you have most of the ingredients in your fridge and cupboard. Give it a try!
