Kick Start was a BBC Television show which ran from the late 1970's to the late 1980's.
It was a show dedicated to the noble sport of Motorcross bikes and time trials. Each week we watched numerous kids (Juniors) and not kids take to muddy hills plus wet logs in hope they would slip and hurt themselves just enough so we didn't feel bad for laughing.
