Potatoes and Parisian as in the halls
Ingredients
Small Potato Case - Kilo
1/3 cup oil
5 stalks of thyme
Half a teaspoon of sweet paprika
Half a teaspoon of coarse salt
Instructions
Turn on the oven to 200 degrees turbo. Rinse a small kilo of potatoes, drain from the liquid, cut into two and transfer to a baking pan lined with baking paper.
Pour over a third of a cup of oil, add half a teaspoon of sweet paprika, half a teaspoon of black pepper, half a teaspoon of coarse salt and stir. Add 5 cups of thyme leaves and place in the oven for half an hour.
After half an hour, remove the pan from the oven, stir the potatoes with the spices and place the pan in the oven for another half hour.
After another half hour has passed, again, remove the pan from the oven, stir the potatoes with the spices and oil, and bake one last fifteen minutes to twenty minutes (depending on the size of the potatoes). After about fifteen minutes, turn off the oven. When the oven is switched off, leave the potatoes for another 10 minutes and then serve.
