Nov 20, 2021 - This video documents my ride down the Des Plaines Street bike lane in West Loop. I started at the intersection of Des Plaines, Kinzie, and Milwaukee and rode south to Roosevelt. This stretch has some nice features, such as parking protected lanes, but the street lights are not timed well for cycling, making riding here unpleasant. It turns out I had my kickstand down the entire ride and a good samaritan kindly pointed it out to me at the end of the video.
