As per the latest news, Maharashtra Minister and NCP leader, Nawab Malik, has been arrested by Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with a money laundering case linked to gangster Dawood Ibrahim.
Malik was questioned 8 hours before being arrested.
After coming out of ED's office, Nawab Malik said, " Have been arrested but won't be scared. We will fight and win".
Maharashtra BJP chief, Chandrakant Patil, demands his resignation. Patil said, "Nawab Malik should resign from the Maharashtra cabinet following his arrest by ED. If he doesn't, we will protest. There's a long list of allegations against Maharashtra ministers, will get tired reading it."
