Ingredients -
To Make Paste
1 Tbsp White Butter / मक्खन
1 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Bay Leaves
1 Black Cardamoms
2 Green Chillies
1 Handful Cashew Nuts
2 Onion (grated)
2 tsp Ginger - Garlic Paste
Water
To Make Gravy
- 1 tbsp White Butter
- Paste
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
- Dried Fenugreek Leaves (crushed)
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1/2 cup Cream
- Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 kg Cottage Cheese (cut into cubes)
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Saffron Milk
