Ingredients for sooji ki kheer recipe in hindi by cooking with benazir

1 Tsp Ghee
1 Tbsp each of Almonds, Cashew Nuts, Pistachio
2 Tbsp Semolina
500 ml Milk
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/4th Tsp Green Cardamom Powder
1-2 Drops of Saffron infused in water
