A new thing I am trying is doing a Friday Feature of one of my paintings. Today, I am featuring "Gossip Girls". This Equestrian art painting is a 36 x 36 oil on canvas (a big one) and lists for $10,000 on my website but am entertaining any offer above $5000. Gossip Girls depicts three little fillies, just snickering and whispering in each others ears, as girls do. I love creating horse paintings, and this was a fun one. Come Join me, International Master Wildlife Artist Suzanne Barrett Justis, for a 3 day Wildlife Painting workshop October 7th, 8th and 9th 2022 in Kingsport, TN! We will be doing 2 paintings of Song birds along with a Botanical familiar to the birds in the paintings! I will take you from start to finish on your paintings from working the composition, laying in the subject in it's surroundings, blocking in, mixing and layering color to create great form and detail. I am keeping this workshop limited to the first 15 people, this helps with giving each painter the individual time they deserve. I will be painting the two demos along with you as you paint. As always, I will give away my two demos and two lucky recipients will go home with one of my originals. The details on the subjects references and the materials lists will be given via email to the folks attending the workshop. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
