The key element of Leyton Orients philosophy is to develop a winning mentality. After a session with lots of coaching to balance this out, David played a competitive small-sided game with the losing side having to take a forfeit of collecting the kit.
For coaches winning is not the most important thing, but for players, it is important that they want to win and they develop a winning mentality.
