Lisa: Hi everyone. I am here today with my LiveGood lineup and I just want to show you how I take my LiveGood supplements throughout the day using LiveGood product packs.
I start my morning off with our LiveGood organic coffee. And then I jump to our LiveGood essential amino right before my workout. When I come home from the workout then I make a protein shake. In the protein shake, I use our LiveGood complete protein, as well as the super greens. Putting them together it's a delicious combination.
After I've had some food in my belly, that's when I go for our women's multi as well as the D. Then to end the day, I take both my magnesium pills at night as well as the CBD. And this helps me have a great night's sleep.
