The protest against the new farm laws is continuing, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is holding a three-day tractor rally in Punjab and Haryana. The Chief Minister of Punjab Captain Amarinder Singh, state ministers, MLAs, farmer unions have joined in the protest as well. The rally starts today in Ludhiana, Punjab, and will culminate on October 6 in Kurukshetra, Haryana. It is reported that the rally will cover around 50 kilometres over three days and it comes after the new farm bills that were passed by both houses and signed by the President on September 27. Rahul Gandhi has decided to protest for three days continuously against the farm ordinances that have been passed by the parliament.
