Scores of residents in Kasese district are thrown into a frenzied panic after River Nyamwamba bursts its banks cutting off entire villages from neighbouring communities. The floods, however, subsided allowing the locals to go about their business. The incident comes just one year after flashfloods wreaked havoc in the district. We have more.
