Team Rickshaw led by Matt Baker are in Penrith; they have cycled 327 miles on the Day 6 of the One Show's Cycle to Clyde rickshaw challenge for BBC Children in Need. Matt says they are now to rename the Lake District to the Ache Distrrict as they have to ride through uphill struggles. Features include Luke's twin brother joins him in bike ride, Liv tells her story which is heart warming. Luke rides the rickshaw to the finifhing line where his family are awating and Shona delivers a great insperalional speech to the Strictly Come Dancing audiance.
