Etiology:
It all started somehow while I pressed the spacebar several times during the texts are selected/highlighted. I think it works similar to sticky keys function in PC or more like the developer options settings in Android phones, once it is enabled there is no way to return back to default.
Suggestion:
So try to avoid doing it which I mentioned above to prevent this bug from happening.
