VICTORIA - The Greater Victoria Harbour Authority has won the lease and the keys to the CPR Steamship Terminal building in Victoria's Inner Harbour.
The Harbour Authority has big plans for the historic building, including eateries, retail and office space. Eventually it wants to turn back the clocks, returning the building to its roots as a terminal.
