In The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past for the Game Boy Advance, there's a fairly simple glitch you can perform to give Link hyper speed. Since it involves using the Ocarina to call your duck friend, I will call it the Duck Speed glitch.
First find an outdoor area that has some stairs. I know stairs are the worst, but it will be okay I promise.
Then, use your Ocarina to summon your duck, and just before the duck grabs you and lifts Link away, press and hold the R button to start your Pegasus dash. When the screen transitions into the world map, press the B button to cancel and your duck will but you back where he found you.
Now, take one step onto the stairs, then turn around and exit those stairs and Link should be moving at the same speed as his Pegasus Dash, but you will have full control over his movement.
You will not be able to use your sword while in this glitched state, but there are multiple ways to return to normal - for example entering a new area after a screen transition will work. You can also jump off a ledge or enter a building I think?
Furthermore, if you can get your duck to pick up Link right as his dash begins, then hit the B button to cancel, the duck will put you back in place yet again, but now Link will bounce off of walls whenever he touches them, as if he just ran into a solid object with the Pega.sus Boots. Sometimes in this state, it's possible to get stuck in an infinite loop of bouncing off walls or obstacles, and your only real option is to save and quit or turn off the game.
